All rates are NET per person per day including all taxes & services.
All reservations will be ON REQUEST basis and upon hotel’s AVAILABILITY and have to be in written, either by fax or e-mail. Agents are kindly requested to provide clients or group leader with a duplicated Voucher describing the exact number of persons and services to be provided.
All payments must be done before the arrival of the guest, using bank deposit. Personal cheques or company’s cheque free of bank expenses are not acceptable. MTS reserves the right to cancel the arrangements or refuse to honour vouchers, if the agreed payments are not reaching us in time.
In case clients have complains, these must be reported and solved to MTS during their stay, otherwise refunds cannot be made.In case of hotel overbooking, MTS takes the responsibility to arrange accommodation in hotels of the same or higher category. Refunds for such cases are not acceptable by MTS and any complains and compensations should be arranged between the clients and the hotel manager directly with the assistant of MTS. Agents are kindly requested to inform clients accordingly.
In case of last moment cancellation, «NO-SHOW» clients, we undertake to to our outmost to either eliminate or minimize where possible any eventual cancellation fees. However in case that the respective accomodation will insist on charging, we will have no alternative other than to charge them in our turn respectively. All hotels will apply the cancellation policy which is valid from the GTO except for some hotels which we will inform you upon booking.
